This global marketing company approached W+V when they needed to refurbish their existing 10,000 sq. ft multifloored offices in Southwark.

Their aim was to improve employee wellbeing experience whilst providing much needed expansion space for their fast growing teams. W+V’s design team responded by creating a vibrant and modern workspace, making use of the buildings unique characteristics whilst improving efficiencies and staff collaboration.

Our team stripped the space back to shell and core and installed new M+E systems along with the full CAT B Fit out across 5 floors.
