With the departure of a long-term existing tenant, the landlord on this project engaged with West + Vittori to create a market-leading plug-and-play workspace ready for tenant occupation.

Following a full strip out our team carried out full CAT A & B refurbishments along with full furniture and space dressing.

We created new toilet spaces, kitchen and breakout areas along with informal meeting zones, a meeting suite and open plan desking areas.

The fit-out was designed to accentuate the building’s industrial character whilst making the most of the natural light.
